She says Cigarette paper( i guess one which is used for making your own cigarettes). You can use butter paper too or wax paper. Basic aim is that the dough should not stick to the surface of the paper and should be easily transferred on to the pan without breaking.

I see onions on the ingredients plate for the Rice roti--and in the dough and also
in the finished roti but there is no mention of it . ??????
