@thelazycomic perhaps. While i am sorry to hear about what happened to you. I still believe you shouldn't have taken the comment out of context and thrown me under the bus. Good luck.
One of the reasons you're still employed is, you're 24. Wait until you get to 50, and the corporates toss you to the side like yesterdays trash. It will happen... THAT, you can take to the bank.
@thelazycomic the point i was trying to make is that in the video she says she pays off her balances. If that's the case, then raising the interest rate really doesn't matter. It only matters to people who keep a balance. Unemployed slobs? who made that reference... oh wait you did. So because you're angry about being unemployed you feel it necessary to lash out against my comment rather than seeing the context of the post. Well I guess it's reasons like those why you are not employed and I am.
tekkenomics123, hang on while the rest of us poor, unemployed slobs go out to the money tree in the back yard and pick off of hand full of fresh money fruit.
Each State of the Union has its own Statute of Limitations on unsecured debt. Usually somewhere between 4 and 6 years, starting from the LAST activity on the account. After that period of time, you can no longer be sued.
Account activity consists of any of the following:
Use of the credit card
Making any payment
Signing any debt settlement agreement(s).
ALL of the alleged debts that they try to collect from me are past the Statute of Limitations now. They are toothless predators.
should be Chase 666 sign of the devil. in fact Chase should be the definition of the antichrist. Just pissed off at them today so paid off and closed my three credit cards I had with it.
Chase bank has screwed me for the last time! They had my mortgage screwed up for 6 months and were threatning to forclose for money never owed..They have stolen my money, sanity, and about 60 hrs of my time for "getting my acounts fixed" Only to waste more of my time for offering a loan modification that I was 700 dollars a mo away from qualifying for. So Fuck you Chase burn in hell I will bury my money before I deposit it in your bank.
Credit=debt=slavery=misery...fuck the banks. Save your money and buy with cash.
