@MadLizzy1 True enough. I love this video. The music is PERFECTLY synched with everything. What a wonderful video. I love this man. How can I love a man who was born in 1893? Because he makes me laugh, that's why. Wonderful video. Wonderful post. Thank you!!!!!!

Harold is by far the best!

Nice! Harold Lloyd was one of the best and most dare deviling comedians ever! No one will ever replace him :D

Excellent editing! Normally I don't like modern music over random silent film clips but in this case it really worked out great.

Brilliant! Great job of editing and matching the music and sound of the horse's whinny to Lloyd's antics.

I should be honest...that scene is from one his later sound films. Turns out...that wasn't an actual horse whinny. Leo McCarey...the film's director....made that whinny during rehearsal...and they liked it so much...they left it in the movie.
No editing on my part. But I hope that doesn't my little fanvid any less enjoyable for you.
Thanks,

Awesome video! Great choice of clips.
What movie features the scene at about 1:30, with the horse in the car? I laughed so hard at Lloyd's expressions.

That's from "The Milky Way."
One of his later films - made in 1936.

Glad you liked it. I had not seen any of Harold Lloyd's films until I watched the BBC's "The Third Clown" about him on YouTube last month. It was great.
He and his gag-men (like Jean Havez and Clyde Bruckman who also worked for Buster) came up with some truly innovative gags.
