This is a preview for brilliant author Steve Alten's newest novel set to hit stores September 11th, 2009. Proof positive, despite what South Park creator's Matt and Trey would have you believe, that not only "retards" believe 9/11 was a conspiracy. Some very intelligent (if badly hoodwinked) people think so too. As with all of Steve's novel's I will purchase this for its entertainment value, if not for its veracity. It is a fiction novel afterall. So buy the novel enjoy the awesome thrill ride, and let Steve transport you into his fictional world where there is a conspiracy around every corner, and all those emails about miracle diets and moneymaking schemes are real. Steve you know I love your books and am just kidding around. I think you are a brilliant and gifted author with a unique insight into life, and I only wish you the best in all things, even if our political views are vastly divergent.

  • Is some very intelligent people already believe the conspiracy theories, isn't it already time you look into it yourself instead of bad-mouthing how 9-11 could not be made for the sake of crude oil?

  • @L3irus A few things of note about this video, its title and my description of it. 1) The title was meant to be provocative so as to encourage people who see it in a search to click through, and watch the video. (as are all you tube video titles, at least the most successful ones) 2) I never said the conspiracy theory was crazy, only Steve, I also never said he was crazy because of his conspiracy theory. (1/4)

  • @L3irus Just that he, Steve Alten, was crazy. Most people who read his novels, brilliant works of fiction though they are, would agree that he is a little on the crazy side of the mental barometer. But then so am I. 3) If you read my description of the video fully you see that even though I don't share his view I respect it, and enjoy a good natured ribbing with him back and forth. (2/4)

  • 4) before you go commenting on someone's intelligence, world or political views, or opinions, in a forum as public as YouTube, perhaps you had best make sure you have both watched said video to its conclusion, and read not only the title, but the authors description of said video. (3/4)

  • Finally, This video post was made as part of a contest held by Steve to get his readers to publicize his (then upcoming) novel almost two years ago, it only hasn't been taken down as I completely forgot it was even up. Now I think I will leave it up just to see how many people comment on it in a silly and aggressive manner, oh wait so far there has been only one....

  • I believe the CIA has something to do with the 9/11 events, but indirectly.

I think they knew there were crazy islamic terrorists, but they thought they could control them; they just completely messed up, they misunderestimated them.

If they had done their normal job, they could have prevented these crazy nuts from perpetrating these events.

  • Your video says one thing but your comment says the other. What are you trying to get at?
