Can any one tell me why Billie Piper wasnt at the proms?

@debbie1879 If memory serves? (Unfortunately it usually doesn't) I think Billie was filming S2 of SDoaCG. Plus she was about 6-7 months along carrying "Winston" . (Her son) The Prom: was july 27 2008 Winston was born in October I think on the 21st. (Not sure anymore) At anyrate I don't blame her for not being there. But for us it would have been the icing on the cake.

Doomsday always strikes me more as Rose's theme, this tends to go by forgotten because of how bombbastic doomsday is
