J.D Alexander is the Senate budget Chief. He played a significant role in the taxes increases on cigarettes, fishing, drivers licenses & other items. 32% of the people that smoke have incomes below the national poverty level & have lees than a H.S. Education. Listen to his video. He is a lying S.O.B. He failed miserably at Alico inc. & he is a failure in the Sate Senate.

Senator J.D. Alexander stated in his campaign for re-election to the FL Senate I will work overtime to reduce taxes. The lie of a typical politician. He just engineered over a billion in new taxes. A significant amount of these taxes will be paid by low income Floridians. J.D. is a multi millionaire the Grandson of Ben Hill Jr. J.D. Alexander is an heir to the Griffin's fortune. He could care less about low income Floridian's. Thank God this is his last term in the Senate.

J.D. Alexander is an outright liar. He is not the help I need.
"We think it's a fair and equitable tax," said Sen. J.D. Alexander, R-Winter Haven, who heads the Senate budget committee.
But to Alexander the tax provides more than fairness: It raises $1 billion and is now an indispensable piece of the Senate's $65.6 billion budget package.
