Ps it takes too long to deploy that bag of hot air (reminds me of certain politicians), one bullet would render it useless, but on the pluss side, if anyone loses thier backpack, they can get a spare sleeping bag out of it ahaha.
Why not just use remote controlled helicopters if they looking for a chaep way to spy on enemy locations! You can get fairly silent ones at a hobby store nowadays.
