Cheapest unlocked iPhone 3G in China - Unbelievable Cheap !

We watched the TV and saw this Ads about cheapest iPhone 3G in China. We ordered one, and it is really cheap: $110 including fully unlocked iPhone 3G and all executive options and applications (more applications than here). If just for iPhone 3G without so much apps, it is only $75.

The Shenzhen Phone manufacturer's friend told us that this device's BOM cost is only $38, plus basic software, total cost is only $45. Therefore, even if it is sold at $75, its profit margin is over 40%.
