Gay People Can't Fall In Love?

Me debating a homophobic Christian protester outside an abortion clinic.

Just when I think human ignorance can't get any higher, I run into this fella.

Of course with my radical feminist views I am not a big fan of the whole institution of marriage itself. However, I believe that gay marriage is a step forward in restructuring the traditional gender roles that exist within the nuclear family.

Well I see no points in your post. Just put downs of someone who doesn't agree with you. No substance. If what I said isn't valid proved specific examples of why it isn't, moreover, provide better alternatives on what could have bee said to communicate my perspective. Christians recognize the voice in Genesis that blesses the man and woman to be the same voice as that speaks later in the person of Christ, "the Word." FYI.

Yes I recognize that it is the same voice. However God in the bible never said this as Jesus in human form, he stated it way before the birth of Christ in a different form. Therefore if we are to say Jesus said "so and so" we would be referring to the word of God as human form from Jesus. This was not the case with go forth and multiply. In fact Jesus said little on sexuality in the New Testament, his main focuses where very different. Something I suggest you take lesson on

As a heterosexual male, all I can say is, amen brother.  I am in love with love. Love makes the tough times in life seem bearable. Love makes the good times in life seem like ecstasy. I cannot imagine falling in love with someone and feeling the inevitable bliss that follows only to have someone tell me that it is wrong and I need to change. It is for this reason that I support you in your fight and will do everything in my power to oppose sexual bigotry.

@RudeComment People should be allowed to marry dead people, trees etc. You know why? Cos people should have the right to freedom of choice! If someone wants to marry their dead cousin then it's none of my business and it doesn't affect the way I live my life. Therefore, they should be allowed to do so. There's no law keeping queers from staying together, but you can't marry them, there is no such thing as a marriage between 2 people of the same sex, if they pass the gay law in favor of the homosexuals then they should also pass laws that allow a person to marry dead people, trees, blowup dolls, ect. and pedophiles can do as they please, this should make all the liberals happy.
