i have oily lids and i have dry eyes so my eyes water constantly. these eyeliners are the ones that i have used and love that stay on.. STAY ON AND LASTS LONG. =]

the GOOD:

mac liquidlast liner in point black
milani infinite liquid eye liner in everlast
wet n wild h20 proof liquid eyeliner in black
make up for ever aqua eyes
l'oreal extra-intense liquid pencil eyeliner (i use for my waterline)
stila smudge pots gel eye liner in black

the BAD:
(chips, fades, smudges, etc..)

l'oreal lineur intense in carbon black
revlon colorstay eyeliner in black
mac liquid eye liner in boot black
maybelline and revlon liquid eyeliners are bad too

urban decay 24/7 glide on pencil

@smarieasian in my area, they carry it at walgreens, cvs, some rite aids.. i don't know about target since i don't go there often.

Yay somebody else who actually hates the loreal liquid eyeliner. I thought that there was something wrong with me because every review I have read or watched they loved it. I even gave it to me friend and she loved it.

The wet and wild liquid works AMAZING! I used it to write on my friends arm, and it stayed on for like, 3 days an he was mad cuz he couldnt scrub it off. XD

Loreal hip gel liner's no good. The stuff dries into a clump after a few months.
