  • if you're vegetarian, I guess the best foods would be lots of beans, lentils, chickpeas, broccoli(it's really high in protein) and just check which vegetables are high in protein. And also nuts & seeds, they're high in good fats and protein. If you eat eggs, those are really good sources of protein too!

  • i am very thin and i tell my partens i want to gain but they say that is bad how can i gain in a good way HELP PLEAZZZZ!!!!!!!! oh and i am 15 and a girl pleaz help :)

  • this sounds hard but do-able. i tend to tell myself eat as i please but the thing is i gain muscle like crazy! i will lose inches but oh my gosh! The muscles Sawyer! THE MUSCLES! I don't want em. how can i avoid getting them?

  • @blueishyful ; but his point is to eat more meat so you can eliminate other things easier.
