Ltd EC 1000 (Eclipse) Deluxe Series Guitar Gloss Black Model purchased December 2008 from the 'Guitar store from hell' in America for $1000 AUD. Since has been modified and set-up professionally.

Now has the Seymour Duncan Blackout in the Bridge position & the EMG 81 in the Neck. I mix the 2 together when playing, though the 81 at less than half the volume. Results in warmer tone.

I have had this Guitar Plekked at Sydney Guitar Setups, and has been set-up the best it can possibly be, and will play like a dream for many years! it is in Drop-C tuning with Beefy Slinky 54 Earnie Ball strings.

hey have u ever accidentally popped a string out of the locking tuners and it fling out? I did that to three strings and i hope it hasnt messed up my neck. Do you know of any way i can tell if it messed the neck up?

No that's never happened on this Guitar. I don't think it will mess up the Neck. String it up with a new set of strings and it should be fine, back to normal tension. Braking a string won't do any harm.

how is the sustain on that guitar I about to buy it but I didn't pay attention to the sustain when I played it so hit a not and let it ring dose it play out or die out I need to know

hey i have the same guitar. I want to change the strings from 46 guage( the ones i have now) to 52 guage. Do you think i need to get the truss rod adjusted first? also, do u think its okay to restring my guitar with only the high e and low e strings tuned and all other strings taken off? Or should i just take them all off and tighten the low e and high e NEW strings at the same time first?
