胡荽与薄荷叶香担担粉面 New fusion Dandan Dan Dan sesame and vegetarian herb based cold noodles recipe that soooo goood, that you'll want to make it for yourself and family - friends, boyfriend or girlfriend, as often as possible!

This video conceptualized and produced in a compact 1-minute by Johnny Chan for the participation - submission into the 2nd Annual ICN Great Idea creative video contest. The recipe showcased in this video is something utterly remarkable, concocted by young master chef Ricardo Miramontes; after first partaking on his special alternative (meatless) Dandan cold-noodle recipe, I was deeply inspired to do something for the 1-minute creative video contest participation. In effort to enhance the creativeness and originality of this video production, Master musician Peng Chen and I made an impromptu "studio jam session" with me on them raggedy live drums, and his musical amazing-ness Peng Chen strutting his stuff on the wah-wah-WOW of his electric guitar and groovin' 5-string bass. As much as this is a fine and time-compacted international culinary presentation, we want the audience to also be thoroughly entertained by the original and fun music composition arranged in the backdrop of this video.

Special thanks to:

Impromptu camera operators: San Wong, Johnny Chan, Ricardo Miramontes
Young master fusion & world-cuisine chef: Ricardo Miramontes
Making the music EXTRA fun and groovy: Master Peng Chen, music teacher and studio engineer
Taste testers: San Wong and Kenny To (others will appear on the long-video)

Set arrangements and props: Johnny Chan
Recipe and food preparation: Richard Miramontes
Produced and edited by Johnny Chan ("cinematography" and music) and Peng Chen (music).

The fun-ky and swanky 70's-esque original music composition arranged for this video's background was conceived by the idea of "GETTING YOUR STOMACH JUICES FLOWING", and quickly satisfy that hunger by woofing-down something really yummy; so this music piece should be called:
"HUNGRY, BUT STILL WANT SOMETHING YUMMY".
Music by:
Peng Chen 陈鹏: groovy guitars and 'da-bomb bass; nb 的吉他和贝司
Johnny Chan: them raggedy drums; 破鼓
