Tip #5 - finish strong - even if you have shut up shop for the year - use the last week to clean up all the "round to its" you've been storing - you know .... all those things you've been meaning to get around too - well actually do them. The last thing you need to do is to start 2012 with 2011's nightmares still on the table.

Get your back end sorted - make admin and technology your friend and make time to get things set up behind the scenes so technology and admin can work in your favour.

If you haven't started your plan for next year - start it now - set your vision in place early and get the universal forces working in your favour over the holidays
