  • You make it sounds as if the socialist- health system was a good thing. However brilliant this Family Care Foundation might be, the health system is not. Most of the therapists which are payed by the state treat one like crap, don't have time and don't really care since they get payed no matter what... There are always good people, also in bad systems. And this is one of them.

  • @Yxxohak pros and cons of social health care systems aside, most of the programs for psychosis are POOR in sweden, denmark, finland, norway, and other social health care places -- basically about as bad as the programs are in the USA! family care foundation is a rarity -- an exception.

  • It looks very promising and interesting. We work with people with severe mental disorders in Spain and we'd like to share at least this trailer. Is it OK if I subtitle it into Spanish? And when is this doc coming out? We'd love to see it!

  • @SalutMentalElx greetings from NYC. thanks for the comment. the documentary is already out, for sale on my website. please, feel free to subtitle the trailer -- quite a compliment. thank you. ---daniel

  • I love the girl's answer.

There is absolutely NO love in psychiatry.

  • Where exactly is it? (seems to be outside Gottenburg.) And my father came from? The Gothenburg area!

You have to have love. What a revolutionary idea! How come noone ever thought of it? :) (of course only valid if we are PERSONS. And not Martians.) (irony.)

Seriously: if a group of people are viewed as so DIFFERENT (like almost not human) then of course love is wasted on them! (superstition. Belonging in the Medieval Age.) (besides I think apartheid is a bit outdated. Don´t you?)

  • Hooray!

  • This is what we need in the US. Now if we could only get past the unholy alliance between our government and the pharmaceutical companies...

  • @namidearest Dear namidearest , As a person impacted by mental health challenges I sure wish you wouldn't use that purjorative about your daughter.

  • I think that this type of care could be a choice that could benefit many. I also work with people with mental disorders and hope all will keep an open mind. Go Mindfreedom!!!!! Yay

  • @dmackler58 Thank you Daniel. We'll be in touch. Claudio
