  • The ViPR was actually invented thousands of years ago. It's called a "log".

  • this might actually be the most ridiculous thing i've ever seen.

  • Must See Video, if you interested with ViPR

  • Now we can all train like ROCKY!

  • Interesting, sounds good.

  • @kiniwahine Attrition should be handled by re-educating people on what fitness/wellness really is. Fitness is not a "workout". It is a philosophy, a principle, a way of life. People have bigger issues if they are dropping out because they aren't "entertained" by standard methods of strength and conditioning.

    IT’S NOT FITNESS. IT’S LIFE.

  • Having been in the fitness industry for 20 years, I can tell you that we need new ideas and new classes to stay interested and engaged. The rate of attrition is something that clubs struggle with and whether it's a new twist on an old idea or class like Zumba or TRX people want and expect variety and options. I'm the type of person that needs to feel like my workout is tough but fun. This looks really effective and you'd get results quicker than merely doing barbells, free weights and the tread

  • HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

  • I have used the Viper in our training with athletes. It is very effective in that it requires you to move your body naturally and athleticaly.

  • The ViPR is actually VERY cool guys. Don't look like an ignorant fool and comment negatively until you've worked with it. kimbosprite, did you even watch the video? Try it, you'll like. :)

  • I have no real interest in VIPR as a product but as a fitness professional it has real benefits as a regular tool in any resistance program. It is just a log with handles and has been used in strongman contests for ages. It is a complete full body functional style of training. However should be used like kettle bells or any other free weight. Ofcourse its packaged into a body pump style class as a marketing strategy.
