An asset to the world and 4Wheeling community, Jason Payne, passed away in a drowning accident on the Rubicon Trail. He is missed by many.
I chose this Kenny Chesney song because it happened to be the first song that I heard playing on the radio once I got off the phone discussing the news with friends.
Jason would have preferred Slayer etc.
