Golf Lesson 1- Left Hand Position

Ayden Roberts-Jones Head Professional at The Duke's, St Andrews launches his series of golf lessons. Throughout the series Ayden will take you through the key stages of a pre shot routine including lessons on improving your posture and a range of practice drills to set you up for the perfect game. This series is ideal for not only the beginner but also for the well seasoned golfer who maybe needs a refresher to touch up on their skills and improve their game. Lesson 1 takes you through the perfect left hand postion.
