NFC (Near Field Communication) is a new mobile phone technology which allows users to share information with a simple tap of a device. Working with Nokia, we've introduced NFC to both our venues, and with an increasing number of NFC enabled handsets available in the UK, we're excited to be among the first public organisations to use tomorrow's technology today.

    But Japanese mobile makers has been offering this technology and service for few years already.

  • @erebus2218 nfc ain t only in nokia phones its in many, apparently google nexus s has nfc frm 2.3 update, its a technology like bluetooth latest smartphones are havin it now nt alone nokia

  • Wouldn't QR codes be a better idea? Seeing as how cameras are on far more phones than nokias nfc
