Fly fishing in Alaska. Catching silvers,chums, sockeye and pinks along roadside locations. Unguided. We rented a motorhome in Anchorage and drove down to Homer and up towards Talkeetna. The crowds were minimal. We had some rivers to ourselves.Aug 22-26 2009.

its beautiful seeing the salmon in AK are still in such big numbers! here in washington state the runs seem to be getting smaller and smaller :( Long live salmon fishing and preservation!!
