I'm sorry for the men who have had to do these things, but I also was a soldier. I have never seen combat, and maybe i was a lucky man. But I signed the contract to do a job that is neither pretty or valorous. That is the curse all men of war have to live with. And I personally think that civilians have no place in war. War is for the warriors, not the people at home. I feel all this video does is put even more animosity on our troops, for doing the job they signed up to do.

i feel for these men they will have to live with what they have done for the rest of their lives but i still think that they are wrong for being against the war. war is part of human nature, killing, destroying. its part of what we are and what we do and it dosent matter why, i do it because someone higher up tells me to. they just need to soldier up and tell themselves whatever they need to to make it through the day. no one made them kill people they signed up to do it

@gringodeltoro1 The war wasn't over you dumb fuck, but our bombs sure as hell ended it! You might want to get your facts straight before you come on here with your underwear in a knot.

it is because of men/women like these that america has been great, not the corporate war mongers who have sold out and betrayed this country. without a conscience, a human is nothing but a force for darkness. these ex soldiers are a force for light. God bless you all.

War itself isn't a natural human imperative, its simply a byproduct of greed and manipulation. Like Napoleon said: A soldier will fight long and hard for a bit of colored ribbon. As long as there are gullible people, there will be war. The more you know, the less willing you are to kill and die for the profit of someone else.
Why join up???.....what do you think you are going to do in the Army ???......you joined to be trained to kill and get paid for it.

Actually, very few Americans were interested in going to war against the Axis powers prior to Pearl Harbor. And for most of the world at the time, who knew nothing of the Holocaust or Japanese prison camps, the dividing lines of "good" and "evil" were not so clear. But history has a way of telling the victor's side of the story.
