This is a variation on something a lot of people do and want to do, even kids.

My (former) friend "S.D." (the guy tickled...) and other friend, Stephanie, are at a Halloween party in 1999, with my videocamera.

For a joke, I decided to handcuff this guy and tickle him. I should have tickled Stephanie. I have, in other ways before, but never tape recorded or videotaped it.

If you leave any homophobic remarks, keep in mind: That girl on the left is that guys girlfriend, now long time ex girlfriend. She has also been my friend for over 10 years, and we still are, even though she had to move near San Diego.
