I like the first 20 seconds of the song before the first vocal starts. Somehow hearing a group sing "I think we're alone now" takes away from the "alone now" aspect of the song. Also they're not "young" to be singing this. Tiffany did it right. I have no idea how old Tommy James and the Shondells were but the singer sounded young enough then too.
