Hunting Red deer in New Zealand in Whirinaki national park. In early 2000 we would sell every part of the deer like skin, hart, lung, liver kidneys, peezel ,hoofs and meat.A big spiker like this when gutted will be about 75 to 95 k.g.and so you have to pace yourself on a slow and constant walk.

  • Hi there Tony and Ross.......You mention about selling the whole deer at 07:43.....Who do you sell it to and is it all deers or just ceertain deers that the buyers wants?????Thanks

  • @X1019703 We sell the meat, liver, hart, kidneys, pizell and sometime the skin.We get order and then we shot,so anybody can put order,we sell mostly Fallow deer as it is the best for table.

  • Guys, I just want to thank you for these beautiful videos. I couldn´t stop and watched episodes 1-20 during the entire afternoon, one after another. If we hadn´t enough Red Deer here, believe me...my friends and I would visit you one day! But more importantly: You mates are living your dream out there, driven by the hunters-genes some of us have inherited from our forefathers. I want to honor you with what we say to a hunter after a successful stalk: "Waidmannsheil"... yours Marc from Germany

  • @JohnJPaaresi Mate you are very kind to us,we appreciate your support and positive comments, and try harder to bring a better hunting video out for good friends like yourself. And Marc just out of interest in early 1900s few hinds and 2 stags were imported from Germany into New Zealand, which we still see some of the and i was fortunate to get one 15 years ago. Thanks again mate.
