it's not a wedding, its a Jewish holiday named Simhat Torah.

They're holding Torah scrolls (it's the torah book hand written on an animal skin), The jews read the torah book throughout the year and on this holiday we finish reading it and starting all over again, among other things we mark it by 7encirclings with the books.

@Yamani2007 they are caring the Torah scroll, which was given to the Jewish people by Prophet Moshe/Musa (alayhi salaam), this is the holdiay of simchat torah, which translates to "happiness/joy in the Torah". The Torah is kept in these "bottles" or arks, as an ornament, to show our respect to the torah and to the prophet.
