A group of abandoned industrial structures in Rochester, NY. The larger building was a incinerating plant. The bottom floors seem to be for storage, lockers, bathrooms, boiler room, etc. The second floor has several large incinerators which collect into a chamber that feeds into a smoke stack. The third floor has a large dumping section cut out in the middle where garbage was collected by large claws attached to a mobile beam which glides back and forth across the room. There are several funnels which lead down into the several incinerators.

There is an intense scene towards the end of the movie "The Alphabet Killer" which is shot outside of this location.
