He's not faking it, just look at any other video/interview with him. He has good moments when he can sit still for about a minutes with just his foot shaking and his bad moment where he can barely look at his interviewer (like his solo appearance on Rachel Ray. She was totally gushing over him, but when he starts to move she can't even look at him. Way to show your true colors, Ray.) However, MJF has a great sense of humor about it, so I think he would enjoy your song of choice here.
