That bit with Tennant, at the very beginning - what's that from? Some sort of press conference or something? It's a little hard to tell on my screen, but I daresay it looks like he's a little choked up, there.

Where are the clips with The Doctor speaking to the camera from? I assume some sort of promo/commercial, but which? Could you link me?
