  • I applaud all of that. These youngsters don't know how hard that is to come by. Plus, you could probably break some of them in half. Bodyweight exercises stick with you through the years. Add some lunges and ab work, and there you go.

  • Great shape for 51....bad form on all three though... Pull Ups you never bring your chin above bar...not once. Dips you never lock out at top. ....and push ups...well those were not push ups...chest ups?......

    Work on your form....only cheating yourself....
