  • How could anyone dislike this?

  • I love Joss Wheadon!

  • Ah, poor guy, he looks so scared D:

  • awesome speech! awesome author and intelligent, eloquent man. people who oppose this video are sick haters. Man speaks about equality, not about superiority of any gender! If you don't understand this or don't agree with this you need a therapy. If you are one of this hateful man, I feel sorry for you, because you are just pitiful.

  • I suspect all the dislikes are from MRA bloggers who consider Joss Whedon a "mangina" who's betrayed his gender to the evil feminist agenda...I love Joss Whedon, we could definitely use more awesome feminist dudes like him, Linkara, and David Futrelle.

  • I choked up at the end of his speech. The world is out of balance, and it is wonderful to see someone with such a great reach speaking out about that imbalance. Bravo, Joss, bravo. Keep creating shows and movies and webshows that have strong characters, no matter their gender, and I will keep watching!

  • 87 men are too weak to admit women are equals.

  • Still brings me to tears 5 years later.
