Sonata for harpsichord. D Major K.23
Performing Scarlatti's music on a modern piano is a task of clever conversion, as it was _not_ written for a piano. Ambiguous ornaments in the sheet music must be filled in with flourishes from your own imagination. Sustaining large intervals must be emulated with the pedal. Despite how sparse the harmony sounds, unusual strength is needed in the hands.
Estas melodías son necesarias para recuperar la paz y la relajación del cuerpo y alma.
