Hey people, who cares if it is 8, 10 or 12 pounds? Watch the video, or don't, and move on to the next one. Stop busting the guys balls. Bottom line, it was a BIG fish. If he wants to remember it as a 12lb fish who cares? All you jackasses need to get a life. Every video on here that specifies approx. poundage of a fish caught is barraged by inbred losers arguing it's smaller than the poster claimed. GO FISH!

Yeah it didn't look like 12 pounds... I would say 6 at the most.

Come on. I'm an ethics nut. This handling was better than most on YT. Nice release. Nice fish. Not 12lb though. Keep releasing and doing the best job on it you can and there will be more nice fish like that. Maybe bigger too. Prob could take the gloves off next time. Otherwise, perfect. Congrats.

Where's the scale? Did the fish have the weight printed on it's side?

wow ive been fishing my entire life and right before letting the fish go i weighed her so i think i can read a scale, and by the way i am 6'2" and that fish was big whether you can tell from the split second i pulled her out of the water or not.
