  • when i do the "stretch your arms and palms out rotating exercise" both my shoulders pop..with ever single turn. is that common?

  • @kanayumikumo: You are supposed to do it a bit at a time - if you can't do it quickly, do it slowly; if you can't do as many repetitions, do less of them; if you can't move to that extend, stop when it starts hurting.

    And your limits can be raised, for as long as you actually do give a damn about them instead of giving up "because there could be an injury, maybe".
