I never said they didn't exist, did I? I just said fans knew about the provinces and their connections from before because Twilight Princess was released first.

You DO realize Skyward sword in the timeline is the FIRST zelda game. So technically they still existed in twilight princess :P.

I agree, I was quite astonished when I figured that out. However, most fans probably figured that out a LONG while ago, because the Faron, Eldin, and Lanayru provinces already existed in the previous game, Twilight Princess. Still, it's good to know they did think of placing each trial in its respective location.

That's what they did to basicly every game, just to make it more realistic :P still some places dont really make sense, like lake floria (which i think will become lake Hylia) being in the bottom right cornor while lake Hylia is in the bottom left, als i wonder what happned to skyloft... could it be that it happned into cityinthesky (TP) and the skyloftians became the ucca? would be weird...

Also, they correspond to the land in Hyrule. Faron Woods is where Kokiri Forest is, Eldin Volcano is where Death Mountain is, and Lanayru Desert is where Gerudo Valley is (somewhat...).

Also, the lands lay in the correct order of the triforce, power (eldin volcano) on top, Wisdom (lanayru desert) left bottom and courage (faron woods) at the right bottom.

I know this is gonna sound totally noob-y of me, but I realized the other day that you have the Courage Challenge in Faron's woods, named after Farore, Wisdom in LaNAYRU, and Power in ElDIN. My mind was blown when I realized that. Shows that the people making/writing this story know what's up.
