  • I bake my eggplant also...but i put oil in the pan first so it tastes a little like fried eggplant parmesan.....sometimes I sprinkle a little on top also when i turn them over in the very hot oven..thanks

  • Hello nice Chef!

    I'd respectfully add 2 suggestions, if u don't mind.

    1- If u have a chance, type the ingredients, listing them in each video or at the end of it.

    2- In this particular video, you started the recipe, but didn't tell the viewers "how to" or "how did" you incorporated those into your dish.

    However, this minor detail was fixed in the "Biscotti with Almonds" video, where you well explained each steps and showed the audience everything you did in it.

    It's great job, though!
