CO2 is not a pollutant, and plants need MORE CO2, not less. The ocean's plankton, which feed the great whales and fish and provide much of the oxygen we need, depend on CO2 to survive, which means we need CO2 to survive.

I love how this issue has turned everyone and their dog into an earth systems scientist. Global climate is a fascinatingly complex area of study. And yes, the global climate has been in a state of flux since its inception. Correct! The trouble with what is happening now is the speed of those changes aren't allowing HUMANS time to adapt.
