2) The peer review process occurs in virtually EVERY academic field.

3) I don't care about your expectations, I merely asked a simple question.

5) Why would it be reviewed in a philosophy journal? I would assume this would be historically based.

@CaptainSpellingError : I'm quite sure, if you look at Wells' Wikipedia entry (which one would assume you would have already done IF you were in fact interested in following up on this issue), I'm sure you will find references to his work. He is a professor at the University of London, and he is well known in this topic, therefore I would expect him to have published on it in academic journals--but I know nothing about the "peer review" process in philosophical journals.

As you may or may not know, peer reviewed journals are a fantastic resource for finding these things out, and how well their research and methods are carried out. It is a simple question, can you point me to peer reviewed journals on the topic?
