    Any suggestions for earphones/ipod carrying case to use when working out? Some of the movements in the TacFit workouts cause my current earphones to fall out.

    Awesome program design by the way.

  • Superb FUNCTIONAL exercises! I especially liked the kettlebell plank walk. We'll see how it feel tonight at the gym. Hope you didn't break your ipod (2:45 mark).
