ABE - Adult Basic Education
The Adult Basic Education Program helps students improve their basic math, reading and communications skills. Many who enroll in the ABE program go on to earn their Kansas State High School diploma.

Refresher Courses
Basic reading, math, and keyboarding skills are available for people who have a high school diploma, as well as, for those who need to refresh these skills for further education or job advancement.

ESL - English Second Language
The English as a Second Language (ESOL) program teaches basic conversational and survival English. Students learn vocabulary, reading, listening, and writing focused on life and work skills with additional basic computer technology also offered with these classes. Convenient class schedules are offered during daytime and evening hours.

Citizenship Preparation
The Center for Adult Education can help a student to prepare to become a United States citizen by providing classes in citizenship test preparation. These classes are offered on a needs basis.

GED - General Educational Development
General Educational Development (GED) tests give students the opportunity to earn a high school equivalency diploma. This credential is recognized as a key to employment opportunities, advancement, further education and financial rewards. The Center for Adult Education provides preparation classes, practice testing and scheduling for the GED.

Distance Learning Program
The Distance Learning program provides individuals the opportunity to prepare for the GED thru a virtual learning program. Students will receive instruction and submit assignments via computer usage, as well as, receive weekly instructor support.

Technology Instruction
The Technology Instruction program is designed to not only familiarize students with basic aspects of computer usage, but to prepare them for presentations. Students are taught basic computer applications, e-mail usage, and are expected to give a PowerPoint presentation to demonstrate presentation and computer skills.

Migrant Farm Education Program
Provides qualified farm workers educational opportunities and assistance in completing the GED.

Immigration Documentation Services
Provides an individual with counseling and resources to obtain immigration documentation thru the Mexican Consulate.
