MS Paint Anime Eye Tutorial

I decided I would do a little tutorial for people who use MS Paint, I don't use it, but whatever. :P

I'm not suggesting that this is the only way to draw eyes. This is just the way I most commonly do mine.

Yes you always can use the paintbrush, but be careful not to mess up your lines. :]
