My breakfasts were rice with cinnamon and brown sugar boiled in an insulated bag I made alternated with oatmeal out of the Quaker instant pack, literally out of the pouch. The straw method I found worked well but my bags quickly gained air back. Very odd! Makes breaking food out of bear bag for the day quite easy.
