hp dv6000 running 10.5

this distro is ipc v 1.1 it works grest with my ustm boot loader so ya
this is my specs
its an intel centrino duo 2 ghz processor, intel gma 950 128 mb graphics card, 4gb ddr2 pc5300 667mgs crucial ram, 1280 x800 screen 15.4 inch, 1.3 megapixel camera, built in mic, headphone jack and spdif jack out ir sencor

heyy.. have you made any changes in your bios..?? i guess therez a need to do so.. i am having the same bios as you have.. please please tell me what you did.. i read somewhere that we need to switch to AHCI.. how u did that please tell me

@ramit1996 ahci emulation is only available on intel chipsets. so yes if urs is like mine and has the ich8/9 chipset then make sure AHCI is selected unless u may not be able to boot. but i had the best install on that laptop when i had it. i personally own a real mac now. but let me tell you its gonna be alot harder if your gonna try and run lion on there. i recomend snow leo for now. and also do u have a nvidia or intel graphics dv6000 . and if u have a amd processor give up now it will never
