@esben6 is wrong. ADH (not aldosterone) causes aquaporin vesicles to migrate to the apical membrane in the DCT/CD. While it is true that Na+ is absorbed in the PCT, it is also targeted for reabsorption at the ascending limb of the loop of henle (nephron loop) as well as under the direction of aldosterone at the DCT/CD.
