For your info, if you guys are fan of Phở and really love it. Get yourselves to Hà Nội (or Nam Định) to learn how to cook Phở. Not Hồ Chí Minh city, not Huế, but only Hà Nội or Nam Định (90 Km from Hà Nội). Phở was born there

Although it didn't make it into the final cut, we did add sliced chilies and chili oil on our soup and yes, we always have a Vietnamese-French coffee after 'da Pho'. We're not barbarians you know.

Hope you guys will have sometimes to go to Hanoi, Vietnam and try the geniune Pho HaNoi and Pho NamDinh

Our greatest dream is to travel to Vietnam and find "The Root of Pho." Word in the Pho trade is that one can find the purest broth bubbling up from an enchanted mountain spring located not too far from Hanoi. We'll be sure to document the discovery of such a spring, once we find it.

Pho Masters was filmed on location in Seattle, WA. Pho Bac, in the International District is probably the best Pho this side of Hanoi.
