These kinetic chains of six sequential movements can be described as flowing yoga. 20 minutes of Flow-Fit offers an incredible strength building and cardiovascular regiment that builds mental and physical stamina while providing system-wide decompression along the way.

  • Very nice but I'd not twist/rotate with a curled (or extended) spine, which causes sheering. Bring the spine to a neutral position before the twist. Yes, it will slow the flow a bit but it's a safer practice.
