One thing I don't get. Slavery, child labor, kidnapping. All these things are illegal. Why hasn't anything ever happened to Scientology for obviously doing these things?

@teamhex Muslim's and Christian's don't keep you from your family, friends, don't have you pay thousands of dollars to read their materials etc. So please to compare them is ridiculous. Only in extreme cases.

You say money is the root of all evil, but money is the root of modern day trade. Trade, when voluntary, is mutually beneficial to each party since each gets something that they value more than what they gave up. If money if the root of all evil then trade is the root of all evil which makes people better off. So what you're essentially saying is to be better off is evil. Why don't you want people to be better off Jack?

If I was going to gauge wanton cat killers on LRon's"tone scale",I think I'd place them at about -20 (minus twenty).LRon's hero Aleister Crowley was also a cat killer,on record as killing at least 2 cats for not very justifiable reasons.Creeps.

Bob's commitment (and sacrifices)gave great credibility to the cause. Ex-Sci may have seemed like they had an axe to grind, but Bob made many (like me) look closer at the controversy and I'm glad I did. Anon has taken up the mantle now, but we owe Bob a debt of gratitude.
