Brand New Heartache

I did this at home in my ugly yellow polka dotted bedroom. We moved across two states nearly two years ago now and I still haven't done much with the walls... we attempted painting this room (white and pink!) but NOTHING would cover up those dots on the walls and NOTHING would take them off. We're hiring professionals. Anyway, it's night, the lighting is bad and the yellow walls definitely make it look worse, so I apologize for that.

Also, in case you were wondering, this is a song called Brand New Heartache, originally performed by bluegrass family and band, The Cherryholmes. I apologize to any of you who actually know this song for butchering the guitar... I'll remind you all at least one more time: I AM NOT A GUITAR PLAYER. :) I just do it cuz it's fun.

Yeah. And I just feel like telling you that the guitar in this video is an Ovation Celebrity. Much easier to play than my Gibson J-40, so in that respect it sounds better, but if you could hear it in person? Blech! You'd stick with the Gibson too. I'm happy to be back at school with my own guitar!

very pretty voice and pretty girl! one suggestion is to not try to sound like Cia Cherryholmes because there already IS a Cia... at times throughout the song I can hear hints of your OWN voice/your OWN sound, and it's very very pretty, and I think you should work to develop your own style... I think you'll be great!
