  • Eat several small meals a day of nutrient dense protein, complex carbs, and essential fat along with continuing your high intensity weight training.

  • @0PWNABLE0 fruits, vegetables, lean protein, essential fat. Stay away from processed foods.

  • @0PWNABLE0 Your eating program (losing fat between the skin and the muscle) is 70% of your progress. It takes as long as it takes.

  • how ofton should i do abs? i do quads calves biceps forarms one day and shoulders back chest wings the other day...how many times a weeks should i do abs...u sound like a very smart dude

    Every other day is fine as long as you feel fully recovered from the previous workout.

    I'm 185 in high school I gained 20 pounds of muscle but now i have a flat stomach what should I do to gain abs but still gain muscle?

  • @91mysunshine1 Perform reps of each exercise with perfect form until you feel a sllight burn in the muscle group you are training or you begin to lose your form.
