@sqbbe you should defrost it, but i don't think it makes a difference.. it hasn't with me :D

@TebooTedMarshall About frozen beef heart it is best to defrost it atleast a little bt before feeding this makes it eazier for the fish to eat it the down side is it will be a little messy so many people throw it in frozen so it stay in one piece

do you just throw in the frozen beef heart straight out of the freezer or do you need to defrost first?
