i am crying so much right now. i dream of going there during christmas, just looking up in the sky, knowing how lucky i am to be in new york, seeing snow fall from the sky for the first time. the meaning of christmas is new york. i will go there sometime during christmas, i know it. has anybody been there really late at night and nobody would be there? or do you know a time where not many people at all are there? is it open 24/7? that would be so magical....... happy holidays!!!!!!!

Hmm, not sure if its 24/7 but it should be open pretty late. The renting price for skates will prolly be about $10-20.

What's the price to pay for skating in there?
Is it always open (like it's available at night til morning)? Does it open during the Thanksgiving week there (including the snowflake the ice and other Christmas decorations)?
I'm just asking since I plan to go there in late November or early december.

Yes, it opened during Thanksgiving until April. So, you can come to visit anytime between these dates. The snowflake happened only on Xmas eve and Xmas day itself. During Xmas day, there will be famous celebrity coming here to celebrate. So it will be a magnificent day to celebrate Xmas. So, hope you enjoy your visit here.

Is it free to go in there skating? Can you stay in there as long as you want?

No, it's not free but you have to pay to skate for a certain period of time so that other people can take their turns. Every year during Christmas, it's so crowded and beautiful. But, there are some places that offer free skating at no charge.
